Resonance Evolving, Part 2
Continuing on last Monday’s blog post, today I’m vlogging with few more thoughts on the future of Resonance:
Want the Cliff’s Notes version? Here you go:
Recently I’ve been realizing three things about my current business model:
- Focusing on social media marketing as an outsourced solution has its limitations.
- There is a HUGE demand for quality online content in the current marketplace.
- Content is really where my heart is.
So what I’m considering is a shift to the broader scope ofcontent marketing, which does include social media but also encompasses other content-driven touchpoints such as:
- E-newsletters
- Webinars
- E-books
- On-site content
- White papers
That’s where I am right now, and I’ve gotta say I’m excited about what lies ahead. I’ve engaged my friend Brian Cohen of IDiscover Consulting to help me build and refine this vision, and we’re kicking around some really interesting ideas on what this “evolved” Resonance will look like.
So stay tuned … and if you have any input, leave a note in the comments. I’d love to hear from you!
